O.Vision is the trade name operated by O.Vision B.V. (the “O.Vision”), a legal entity duly incorporated and acting under the laws of the Netherlands. It provides (the “Services”) through an online software application and website operated by Company (the “App”).

To provide our Services, we need to collect certain information about our clients' users including personal data and, particularly, biometric information. “Biometric information” means any information, regardless of how it is captured, converted, stored, or shared, based on an individual’s biometric identifier used to identify an individual.
We collect users’ information from clients or directly from the users themselves. This information might include an image of the User, photos or a video of the User, and the biometric facial identifiers in those images.

(b)Processing your data in the way explained above is necessary for us to provide O.Vision's services to users.

Under no circumstances do we collect any personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs.
We also keep logs of how our clients, users, and data providers interact with our Services. This might include timestamps of when the information was submitted to O.Vision, and information about the device used to submit that information.
Sometimes, we receive information we don’t need to provide our Services. For example, instead of a picture of their face, a user might upload a completely unrelated image. When this happens, we seek to delete this data.
The purpose of collection of personal information is to provide our Services of biometric access control system.
Start point: You fill out registration information such as name, zones of permission, contact information (email or phone), and upload a photo or take a new photo (If a new picture will be taken). A video stream is sent to the software, and a photo is saved to the desktop software.
Mobile Registration: Your phone number is recorded in our cloud software for a specific enterprise and physical devices attached. The facial features and your name are sent to the device. Facial features are stored locally on the device for access control in the location that the person receives an invite for. This image will be processed locally on the device for the purpose of facial recognition.
Facial biometric comparison: When providing our Services, we will frequently extract and compare numerical biometric data from facial images to understand whether two faces are likely to be a match.
To do all of this, we closely examine the information contained in the images, including the machine readable data and the image metadata (such as the name of the camera model used to take the image). When you are recognized the information is sent to the desktop software. If you are banned a signal is sent from desktop software to the device to not allow entry. Information of an entry is duplicated to the cloud server.
O.Vision uses personal information to improve the quality of the services that we offer. Ways in which we may do this include by:
To further develop our Services, we train our computers to recognize specific patterns in information and make predictions about new sets of information based on those patterns. This is known as machine learning.

We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information. However, no information system can be 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information. Moreover, we are not responsible for the security of information you transmit to the sites over networks that we do not control, including the Internet and wireless networks.
The safety and security of your personal information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a User ID and password to access the App, you are responsible for keeping those log-on credentials confidential and not revealing them to others.

If the User ceases to consent or affirmatively revokes consent for collection, use or disclosure of his or her user or device data, O.Vision (and any third party with whom O.Vision have contracted) shall promptly cease all such use.
Notwithstanding abovementioned provisions, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
The Services is not directed to minors and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Our Terms of Use state the Services can only be used by those who have reached the age of majority in the country (state or province) they reside.
If we learn that we have collected personal information of a minor then we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.
You may have certain rights with respect to personal information about you that is collected through the App or when you contact us. The rights that apply to you will depend on the laws of your country of residence. We will facilitate your exercise of the rights that apply to you in accordance with applicable law. We will respond to any requests from you to exercise your rights within the timeframes required by law. We may charge a fee to facilitate your request where permitted by law.
